During the challenging times of COVID-19, Thitinart discovered her passion: creating mouthwatering meals that bring smiles to people's faces. With a heart full of excitement and a desire to spread joy in her new community, she founded AppeThai—a cozy Thai food truck serving up homestyle goodness. Dedicated to the simple philosophy of 'We only serve food that we'd make for friends and family,' Thitinart pours her love into every dish, ensuring each bite is filled with warmth and flavor.
